SaaSStinger develops commercial software products, developer tools, documentation, and related services for developers building modern SaaS applications.

These Terms apply to visitors, customers, users of our software, documentation, and related services.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

If acting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Where accounts are required, you must provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Purchasing SaaSStinger products grants you a license—not ownership.

Pricing, taxes, and payment methods may vary depending on the storefront.

Digital products may be delivered through private repositories, downloads, or other approved delivery methods.

Your use of SaaSStinger Lite is governed by the applicable LICENSE.md.

If a conflict exists between these Terms and the software license, the license governs the software itself.

You may not violate laws or regulations.

You may not redistribute or resell SaaSStinger contrary to the license.

You may not interfere with the security or availability of our Services.

You may not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

All software, documentation, branding, graphics, templates, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of SaaSStinger or its licensors.

Except where expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not copy, publish, redistribute, or create competing starter kits from our products.

Feedback, feature requests, testimonials, and bug reports may be used by SaaSStinger to improve its products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Services may integrate with payment providers, hosting platforms, cloud providers, authentication services, analytics platforms, email providers, and other third-party tools.

Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Support is provided according to our published Support Policy.

Support may include installation guidance, bug investigation, documentation clarification, and product usage assistance.

Custom development is not included unless separately agreed.

We may release bug fixes, documentation updates, security patches, performance improvements, new features, and future major versions.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable marketplace policy.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for securing your deployment, infrastructure, API keys, environment variables, Firebase projects, hosting accounts, and backups.

SaaSStinger provides a secure foundation, but your final application's security depends on your own implementation and maintenance.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, and security to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaSStinger shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold SaaSStinger harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful activities.

We may suspend or terminate access where permitted if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, engage in fraud, or threaten the security or stability of our systems.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SaaSStinger complies with applicable privacy, licensing, tax, consumer protection, accessibility, and data protection laws.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or government actions.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations before initiating legal proceedings where permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Applicable disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms, together with the License, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Support Policy, and Security Disclosure Policy, form the complete agreement between you and SaaSStinger.
